McKenzie Johnson led the Pirates (14-2-1, 5-0-1), tallying two points with a goal and an assist.
Peyton Piontek scored the other Bay Port goal and Amber Freeman added an assist.
Bay Port goalkeeper Gabby Noack made one save for the shutout, while Trojans goalkeeper Maddy Mielke made 18 saves.
