The top-seeded Trojans held off the Panthers to earn the regional championship.
Montana Thomas scored both goals for Southwest. Bree Bzdawka and Elizabeth Cumber each recorded an assist. Toni Champion made four saves in goal for the win.
Sydney Robinson scored the lone goal for Plymouth.
